Named after the Colombian Supremo bean, one of the core coffees in this blend, Supremo is soft, smooth, and creamy. With medium, mouth-coating acidity, it delivers flavours of chocolate, brown sugar, and biscuit for a comforting, all-rounder coffee.

This blend brings together beans from Brazil, Colombia, and India, combining washed and natural processes to create a balanced, approachable espresso. Perfect for daily enjoyment, it’s rich, smooth, and slightly sweet with a gentle, lingering finish.

Espresso Recipe: 16g coffee → 32g espresso in 25–28s (double shot, 2g espresso per 1g coffee used)

Smooth, sweet, and full of character, our Mexico Decaf lets you enjoy all the flavour of Chiapas coffee without the caffeine. 

Carefully decaffeinated using the Mountain Water method at Descamex, this coffee keeps the clean, crisp taste of the bean, letting its natural qualities shine.

Tasting Notes: Chocolate | Honey | Grape

Grown by smallholder producers between 900–1100m, these beans benefit from rich volcanic soils and mineral waters, giving a smooth, rounded body. The result is a coffee that’s rich and approachable, with a natural sweetness and bright, lively fruit notes.

Enjoy it as a double espresso to highlight chocolate depth, or in a French Press to bring out honeyed sweetness and juicy grape accents.
